About

Infrastructure for the AI work that fills your week.

ORCFLO is a visual canvas for building multi-step AI workflows — built for the sophisticated knowledge workers whose work needs to be repeatable, transparent, and durable, not just one-off.

Our story

ORCFLO started as a nights-and-weekends project between two Austin tech nerds — a father and son working through a shared conviction: the next phase of AI value creation wouldn’t come from better chat interfaces, but from infrastructure that lets sophisticated users build defensible, multi-step AI workflows.

Brian had spent his career advising boards and Fortune 500s on cybersecurity and AI strategy. Jack had spent his at Amazon and Cisco shipping production systems for global-scale data ingestion. Their roles were different, but they observed the same challenge: AI capability was racing ahead of the tools that let real, knowledge-intensive work get done with it — repeatably, transparently, and at scale.

What started as a passion project became a company. ORCFLO is headquartered in Austin, Texas and was founded in 2025.

The founders

A father and son, both based in Austin, Texas.

Brian Walker, Co-founder and CEO

Brian Walker

Co-founder and CEO

In addition to his role as a founder of ORCFLO, Brian is the General Partner for Rubicon X, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Austin. Brian is also the founder and CEO of The CAP Group, a strategy firm that provides advice to board directors and officers on artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. Before founding ORCFLO, Brian was a senior managing director with Accenture, leading the cybersecurity strategy practice for critical infrastructure. Other roles include partner at KPMG and global general manager of IT at Marathon Oil.

At ORCFLO, Brian leads the company’s strategy and market positioning. He approaches AI from a business-buyer perspective, focused on the gap between AI’s capabilities and the specific, repeatable work that fills a knowledge worker’s week.

Jack Walker, Co-founder and CTO

Jack Walker

Co-founder and CTO

Jack founded ORCFLO after his time at Amazon, where he developed software as part of the global expansions team. Previously with Cisco’s AppDynamics group, Jack specialized in complex data ingestion. Jack has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin.

At ORCFLO, Jack leads technical architecture for the platform and the methodologies that underlie ORCFLO’s products. His focus is on the engineering decisions that make AI work defensible at scale — independent evaluation, reproducible methodology, and the trade-offs between cost, time, and quality that business AI work actually faces.
