Document Extraction & Extended Thinking

Upload and process Office documents, control AI reasoning effort per step, and enjoy more reliable long-running workflows.

New

  • Office document support — Upload Excel, Word, and PowerPoint files directly in your workflows. Documents are automatically converted to structured text for AI processing.
  • Thinking effort control — Configure how much reasoning effort the AI applies per step. Set thinking effort to low, medium, or high depending on task complexity and cost sensitivity.
  • Original prompt preview — When using prompt enhancement, you can now toggle between the enhanced and original prompt to see exactly what changed.

Improved

  • Longer-running workflows — Workflows can now run longer without hitting conversation limits. When context fills up, the system automatically compresses history to keep things moving.
  • Execution table filtering — Filter executions by status, date, and workflow with persistent filters that survive page navigation.
  • Cancellation handling — When you cancel a running workflow, all remaining steps are properly marked as skipped and any partial AI output is preserved for review.
  • Multi-step restart — Failed workflows with multiple sibling steps can now be restarted from any failed step, not just the last one.
  • Real-time execution status — Execution status updates are now more reliable, so you always see accurate progress in real time.
  • Invalid template warnings — The editor now highlights when a step references an invalid variable template, helping you catch errors before running.
