Overview
Search is the fastest way to get anywhere in ORCFLO. From any page, open it and start typing — it instantly finds the page you want, the workflow you're looking for, or a blueprint to start from. No clicking through menus.
Opening search
Click the search bar at the top of the page, or press ⌘ K on a Mac / Ctrl K on Windows. Press the same shortcut again, or Esc, to close it. Use the arrow keys to move between results and ↵ to open one.
What you can find
Results are grouped so you can scan them at a glance. Just start typing what you have in mind.
Your workflows
Type part of a workflow's name to jump straight into its editor — no need to scroll through your list. Renamed something a moment ago? It's findable right away.
Blueprints
Search the public blueprint gallery to find a ready-made starting point. Your own blueprints show up too — including private ones and drafts you haven't published — marked with a Yours tag so you can tell them apart.
Pages & help
Search also covers every page in ORCFLO — billing, settings, executions, files — and the help articles in these docs. Looking for "how do I set up a schedule?" Type it and the right guide comes up.
Ask Orky to build it
If your search doesn't match anything, search offers to hand your words to Orky. Describe what you want to automate — like "summarize my unread email and post it to Slack" — and choose Ask Orky to build it. Orky creates a new workflow from your description and opens it for you to review.
You're always in control
Orky builds a draft you can edit. Nothing runs until you say so — review the workflow first, then run it when you're happy.
Tips
- You don't have to type the exact name — close enough usually finds it.
- Results update as you type, so a few letters of a workflow or blueprint name is often enough.
- Keep your hands on the keyboard: ⌘ K to open, arrows to move, ↵ to open.
